We have experimented with a lot of non-dairy base options over the years. This one is the closest we have found to “ice cream” freezing, mouth feel, and taste.
The entire base of the ice cream is made from only six ingredients: oat, corn, potato, cassava, organic cane sugar, and non-GMO canola oil.
The result is a base that works with a variety of flavors. Ultra creamy, just a hint of oat, and slower melting point. It’s a must-try for those who can’t or won’t eat dairy. As always, our cocoa is fair trade Organic, and the flavor is decadent.
