Our Salted Caramel ice cream has been a massive hit with our customers over the last 7 years. The combination of our own salted caramel sauce, organic dairy, and nitro freezing process produce an unforgettable. When we freeze our NITRO ice cream at parties and events, we always bring along our home made salted caramel sauce. Unlike almost every major caramel sauce sold in stores, we never use CORN SYRUP! We use slowly brown the butter, and use real cream, organic sugar and a hint of vanilla.
